TM Pick n Pay Click n Collect Online shopping enables you to buy TM Pick n Pay products and groceries online and have them prepared for collection at the store of your choice by yourself or a designated beneficiary.
Simply sign up by providing some basic information and specifying your region and store of choice and beneficiary details. Then, you’re ready to get started.

Yes you can. However, you won’t be able to place an order.

Yes. There is an automatic login functionality, which will keep you logged in unless you clear your browsing data or log in from a new location or device that isn’t linked to your main device(s).
Simply click LOG IN and then select the Forgot your password? option. You’ll be asked to enter your PnP Online details, and then we’ll send a password reset link to the email address you’ve registered with us.

Yes. Navigate the AISLE to select the products you want and click “add ADD TO SHOPPING LIST. You can also click ADD TO SHOPPING LIST as you also ADD TO CART You will then be able to create a new list or add them to an existing one.
If a product you’ve requested won’t be available. In this case, your personal shopper will take into consideration the cost, brand and size of the product you requested, and choose the most appropriate substitute.
Yes, The promotion dates indicated against products are valid for orders that have been successfully checked out during the promotional period, subject to availability. Any substitute products will be priced at their in-store price on the day of order processing.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the beneficiary details once an order has been successfully placed. Please contact the pickup store for further assistance.
After the final step in the checkout process, you will receive an on-screen order confirmation that contains an order number. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email that details all the products in your order and the beneficiary details.
You can also click on MY ACCOUNT and the orders. Here you’ll see all the successful orders that you’ve placed.
