Chicken Swiss Roll

Chicken Swiss Roll Recipe

Main Ingredients
  • Boneless Chicken Breast 1
  • White Bread Slices 6
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon.
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon.
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Step 1
  • Slice the chicken horizontally into very thin pieces. Further cut into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Add salt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix well and set aside to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Trim the edges of bread slices and halve them. Flatten them with a rolling pin.
  • Step 4
  • Place a little chicken mixture in the centre of each bread slice, roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  • Step 5
  • Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the bread rolls and deep-fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Step 6
  • Arrange them on a serving plate, discard the toothpicks and serve hot.
