Slice the chicken horizontally into very thin pieces. Further cut into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.

Add salt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix well and set aside to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.

Trim the edges of bread slices and halve them. Flatten them with a rolling pin.

Place a little chicken mixture in the centre of each bread slice, roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the bread rolls and deep-fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.

Arrange them on a serving plate, discard the toothpicks and serve hot.
